[Zope-es] problemas para iniciar servicios con zope

Hola!!! gente ya instale zope 2.9.7 final a mano y no inicia los 
servicios con ./ zopectl star y nada.
tambien vi que puedo hacer lo mismo pero con ./ zopectl fg me tira lo 
siguiente:
